To amend the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation Act of 1972 to authorize appropriations for implementation of the development plan for Pennsylvania Avenue between the Capitol and the White House, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation Act of 1972 (86 Stat.
1266, as amended, 40 U.S.C. 871), is amended as follows: At the end of section 17(a), insert the following: “There are further authorized to be appropriated for operating and administrative expenses of the Corporation $2,353,000 for the fiscal year 1989; $2,650,000 for the fiscal year 1990; $2,400,000 for the fiscal year 1991; and $2,200,000 for the fiscal year 1992.”.
