An Act
For the relief of Helen Lannier.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That for purposes of section 8341 of title 5, United States Code, Helen Lannier of Alexandria, Virginia, shall be considered to be the widow of the late Delbert Lannier.
