An Act
for the relief of Acting Master Robert Platt, United States Navy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the President of the United States is hereby authorized to appoint Acting Muster Robert Platt, United States Navy, for long and meritorious services, a master in the regular Navy of the United States, not in the line of promotion.
