An act
granting an increase of pension to Thomas S. Owens.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Thomas S. Owens, late a private in Company A, First Nebraska Veteran Volunteers, to twenty-four dollars per month.
