An Act
granting a pension to Raphael Fowler.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the name of Raphael Fowler be placed upon the pension-roll of the United States as the dependent father of Raphael S. Fowler, late a private in the Fifty-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
