Granting an increase of pension to James P. Hurley.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
James P. Hurley.
Pension increased.
Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of James P. Hurley, private Company G, Twenty-eighth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and Company C, Thirteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, to thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that he now receives.
