An Act
Granting an increase of pension to George C. Abbey.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of George C. Abbey, late a private of Company M of the First Connecticut Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and to pay him twenty dollars per month from and after the passage of this Act.
