Granting a pension to Gideon L. McGinnis.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
GideonL. McGinnis.
Pension.
Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Gideon L. McGinnis, late a private of FIFTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 187–190. 1897. Company K, Thirteenth Illinois Cavalry, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month.
