Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth D. Marthon.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
Elizabeth D. Marthon.
Pension increased.
Interior is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Elizabeth D. Marthon, widow of Joseph Marthon, late a lieutenant-commander in the United States Navy, a pension of forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving.
