An Act
To increase the pension of Andrew R. Ladd.
Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Andrew R. Ladd, late a private in Company E, Thirtieth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and

Proviso.
In lieu of former pension.
limitations of the Act of June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety: Provided, That this shall be in lieu of any pension he is now receiving.
