To provide an American register for the steamship China.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
Steamship Chinn.
—granted American register.
Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to cause the foreign-built steamship China, owned by the Pacific Mail Steamship Company, to be registered as a vessel of the United States.
