An Act
Granting an increase of pension to Nicholas Gardner.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
Nicholas Gardner.
Pension increased.
Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theFIFTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 173–178. 1898. pension roll the name of Nicholas Gardner, Company D, One hundred and first Indiana Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per mouth, in lieu of that he is now receiving.
