Granting a pension to John B. Hays.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
John B. Hays.
Pension.
Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the FIFTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 386, 387, 396–399. 1898.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John B. Hays, late captain and brevet major, Nineteenth Infantry, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars a month.
