For the relief of R. E. Vaughan.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
R.E. Vaughan.
Payment to.
States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to R. E. Vaughan the sum of twenty-three dollars, for services rendered to the Government in the case of the United States against Peter S. Morrison in the United States court for the western district of Missouri.
