Granting an increase of pension to Samuel S. Patterson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
Samuel S. Patterson.
Pension increased.
Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Samuel S. Patterson, late a member of Battery C, First West Virginia Light Artillery, and also a member of Company D, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
