To authorize Secretary of War to change name of Julius Flemming to his proper name of Jacob John Locher.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of War
Julius Flemming.
Name changed to Jacob John Locher.
is hereby empowered to change the name, of Julius Flemming, regimental quartermaster-sergeant, retired, on the records of the War Department to his proper name, Jacob John Locher.
