An Act
For the relief of the estate of Samuel Beatty, deceased.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
Samuel Beatty.
Payment to administrator of.
Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred dollars to J. M. Beatty, administrator of the estate of Samuel Beatty, deceased, of Lee County, Kentucky, in full compensation for one Horse sold to the Army of the United States during the year eighteen hundred and sixty-two.
