An Act
To carry out the findings of the Court of Claims in the case of James A. Paulk.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the
James A. Paulk.
Payment to.
Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand three hundred and ninety dollars to James A. Paulk, of Bullock County, Alabama, being the amount found due him by the Court of Claims on January twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and six.
