Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Joint Committee

of the two Houses of Congress, appointed pursuant to the act of Congress, approved March third, nineteen hundred and fifteen, is hereby given until the tenth day of January, nineteen hundred and sixteen, in which to file the report required by the said Act.
