To authorize the construction, maintenance, and operation of a bridge across Little River at a point where the line between townships twelve and thirteen north, range eight east, crosses said river.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Osceola and Little River road improvement district numbered one, of Mississippi County, Arkansas, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across Little
Location.
