Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of Agriculture

Supplementary report directed on condition of, October 25, 1919.
is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and publish not later than November 2, 1919, a supplementary estimate of the condition of the cotton crop as of the date October 25, 1919
