An Act

For the relief of Nelle McConnell.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission be, and it is hereby, authorized and directed to waive the limitation for filing claim for compensation in the case of Nelle McConnell, widow of Wilbur Ross McConnell, late a scientific assistant in the Bureau of Entomology of the United States Department of Agriculture.
