An Act
To amend section 1 of the Second Liberty Bond Act, as amended.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 1 of the Second Liberty Bond Act, as amended (Public, Numbered 43,120, and 192, Sixty-fifth Congress, September 24, 1917, April 4, 1918, and July 9, 1918, respectively), is hereby amended by striking out the figures “ $20,000,000,000 ” and inserting in lieu thereof the figures “$28,000,000,000.”
