on December 12, 1922, of certain knives and spoons, and to deduct therefrom $1,440.90, due the United States by the estate of Adolph Fefferman, deceased, and the United Mercantile Distributing Company, as damages for breach of an auction sale on May 10, 1923,

Appropriation.

of certain blankets, and there is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated not to exceed $872.89 for payment of such sum as may be allowed by the Comp-troller General of the United States in full settlement of all claims of Rose Fefferman, administratrix, and the United Mercantile Distributing Company against the United States on account of said auction sales.
