AN ACT
To amend section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to provide books for the adult blind”, approved March 3, 1931.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to provide books for the adult blind”, approved March 3, 1931, is amended by adding after the word “ books ” the following: “published either in raised characters, on sound-reproduction records, or in any other form,”.
