For estimates necessary for the proper maintenance of the Government wharf at Juneau, Alaska.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That the Secretary of War is authorized to submit, for the consideration of Congress, such estimates as are in his judgment necessary for the proper maintenance
