AN ACT
To remove the limitation on the filling of the vacancy in the office of senior circuit judge for the ninth judicial circuit.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Ninth Judicial Circuit.
Filling vacancy of judgeship in, authorized.
That the President is authorized, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint a circuit judge to fill the vacancy in the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Judicial Circuit occasioned by the death of Honorable William B. Gilbert. A vacany 11 So in original. occurring
Vacancy hereafter to be filled.

at any time in the office of circuit judge referred to in this section is authorized to be filled.
