AN ACT
To amend the third clause of section 14 of the Act of March 3, 1879 (20 Stat. 359; U.S.C., title 39, sec. 226).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the third clause of section 14, Act of March 3, 1879 (20 Stat. 359; U.S.C., title 39, sec. 226), is hereby amended by the addition of the following
Mimeograph, etc., productions not regarded as printed.
sentence: “ Provided, That publications produced by the stencil, mimeograph, or hectograph process or in imitation of typewriting shall not be regarded as printed within the meaning of this clause.”
