AN ACT
For the relief of William J. Nowinski.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That in computation of service for pay purposes, Lieutenant (Junior Grade) William J. Nowinski, Supply Corps, United States Navy, shall be held and considered to have entered a commissioned status in the Navy on April 19, 1926.
