AN ACT
For the relief of the estate of Jennie Walton.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the estate of Jennie Walton, late of Bantry, North Dakota, the sum of $4,000, in full satisfaction of its claim against the United States for damages from an automobile accident on Highway Numbered 5. near Belcourt, North Dakota, within the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation, on October 5, 1931.
