AN ACT
To provide funds for acquisition of a site, erection of buildings, and the furnishing thereof for the use of the diplomatic and consular establishments of the United States at Helsingfors, Finland.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That for the purpose
