AN ACT
Authorizing the payment of certain salaries and expenses of employees of the General Land Office.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the allotment
General Land Office.
Payment of certain salaries and expenses authorized.
Vol. 48, p. 1056.
to the General Land Office under section 1, title II, of the Emergency Appropriation Act, fiscal year 1935, of $168,000 for necessary office work incident to surveys and resurveys of the public lands, is hereby extended and made available for said purpose for the period of July 1 to September 11, 1935, inclusive, and the payment of unpaid salaries for said period is hereby authorized, and the General Accounting Office shall allow credit in disbursing officers’
