Sec. 3.

For personal services, including services rendered since December 31, 1934, travel and necessary miscellaneous expenses, in connection with the purposes of this joint resolution, there is hereby appropriated, from any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $35,000.

Sec. 4.

Payments authorized under the provisions of this joint resolution shall be made by the Division of Disbursement, Treasury Department.

Sec. 5.

The authority granted under this joint resolution shall expire upon completion of the duties authorized hereby, and in no event later than December 31, 1936.
