AN ACT
To provide for the issuance of a license to practice the healing art in the District of Columbia to Dr. Chester C. Groff.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That, notwithstanding
Dr. Chester C. Groff.
License to practice the healing art in the District of Columbia granted to.
any limitation relating to the time within which an application for a license must be filed, the Commission on Licensure to Practice the Healing Art in the District of Columbia is authorized and directed to issue a license to practice the healing art in the District of Columbia to Dr. Chester C. Groff, Washington, District of Columbia, in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of
Vol. 45, p. 1334.
