AN ACT
To amend an Act to provide for the retirement of Justices of the Supreme Court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Act to provide for retirement of Justices of the Supreme Court approved March 1, 1937, be, and is hereby, amended by adding thereto the following:
“Sec. 2.
The term ‘judicial circuit’ as used in this Act includes the District of Columbia.”
