AN ACT
To amend an Act entitled “An Act to eliminate the requirements of cultivation in connection with certain homestead entries”, approved August 19, 1935.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Act
Homestead entries, public lands.
Elimination of cultivation requirements extended to certain applications.

entitled “An Act to eliminate the requirements of cultivation in connection with certain homestead entries”, approved August 19, 1935, is amended by inserting after the word “settlement” the words “or application made”.
