AN ACT
For the relief of Frances Virginia McCloud.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary
Frances Virginia McCloud.
Payment to.
of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Frances Virginia McCloud, widow of Robert C. McCloud, late American vice consul at Naples, Italy, the sum of $3,000, such sum representing one year’s salary of her deceased husband who died while in the Foreign Service.
