H. Brush, and others”, approved March 2, 1861, as reads “To

Edward Holden, the northeast, southeast, northwest, and southwest quarters of the southeast quarter of section 7, township 9, of range 2; northwest, southwest, and northeast quarters of the northwest quarter of section 1, township 9, of range 3” is amended by striking out the word “northeast” where it appears the second time and by inserting in lieu thereof the word “southeast”.
