AN ACT
To amend section 99 of the Judicial Code, as amended, so as to change the term of the District Court for the District of North Dakota at Minot, North Dakota.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 99 of the Judicial Code, as amended, is amended by striking out the words “at Minot on the second Tuesday in April” where they appear in the fourth sentence thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof the words “at Minot on the first Tuesday in October”.
