for the relief of Jacint Laval.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the proper accounting officers of the Department of War be, and they are hereby, authorized to audit and settle
Account to be settled.
the account of Jacint Laval, late of the army of the United States, in such manner and upon such terms as may be reasonable and just.
