for the relief of Thomas B. Parish.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of the Treasury cause to be
$149.60 to be paid to him.
paid unto Thomas B. Farish, the sum of one hundred and forty-nine dollars and sixty cents, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
