Private Law 15–XXXVIII

That the commissioners of the navy pension fund

Payment to executors of T. Turner, for his services.

are hereby authorized and required to pay, out of the said fund, to the executors of Thomas Turner, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and legatees of the said Thomas Turner, deceased, the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars; the said sum being in consideration of services rendered by the said Thomas Turner, deceased, as accountant of the navy department, in receiving and settling all accounts respecting the said fund, and for which no compensation has heretofore been made.
