granting an increase of pension to Empson Hamilton.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That there be paid to Empson Hamilton, an in-valid pensioner, an increase of pension of one dollar per month, to be

paid out of the privateer pension fund, and to commence from the time that he was placed upon the list of pensioners, payable out of said fund.
