An Act
providing for the further payment of a pension to Mary J. Babbit.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the provisions of a law approved the second day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, granting a pension to
Act of March 2, 1833, ch. 124, extended.
Mary J. Babbit, be further extended for the time of five years from the twenty-ninth day of November last, provided she lives so long, otherwise, during her life.
