An Act
for the relief of Samuel M. Asbury.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to pay out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
A pension granted to him.
to Samuel M. Asbury, the sum of four dollars per month during his natural life, to commence on the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-four.
