for the relief of Francis Wright, Son, and other heirs of Francis Wright, deceased.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to Francis Wright, Son, and other
A land warrant of 100 acres to be issued to them.
heirs of Francis Wright, deceased, a military land warrant for one hundred acres of land for revolutionary services of the deceased, in lieu of a warrant for the same quantity of land which had been issued to the said Francis Wright, Son, and other heirs of Francis Wright, in February, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-four, and which is proven to have been lost before the same was located.
