Be it enacted, &c.,
That the proper officers be, and are hereby, authorized and required to correct a mistake in issuing a patent for the

north-west quarter section five, township eighteen, north of range four east, containing fifty-seven acres and ninety-two hundredths, in the district of lands offered for sale at Indianapolis, and issue a patent to Richard Nance for said land.
