An Act
for the relief of Nicholas Verplast.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of Nicholas Verplast
To be placed on pension list.
on the navy pension list, at the rate of six dollars per month, payable from the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five.
