An Act
for the relief of Moses Eldred.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,
Pension to be increased.
directed to pay to Moses Eldred, an invalid pensioner, the sum of two dollars and sixty-six cents per month, (in addition to what he now receives,) to commence on the first of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and to continue during his life, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
