An Act
for the relief of Nicholas Phelan, heir at law of John Phelan, deceased.
Be it enacted, &c.,
That the Secretary of War cause to be issued to
Land warrant to be issued.
Nicholas Phelan, heir at law of John Phelan, deceased, late of the city of Baltimore, a warrant for two hundred acres of land, for the service of said John Phelan, as a lieutenant or captain in the war of the Revolution.
